About the role Reporting to the Store Manager, youll have full accountability of store operations during the evening and night trade. Youll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and community. As a Night Trading Manager, youll guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Shift times - 3:00pm - 12:00am About you and your skills Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment Direct leadership experience, including leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets, manage costs, and handle rostering requirements Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met to inspire customers and keep operations simple Customer obsession and a continual effort to better understand our diverse customer base Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members health, safety, and wellbeing Whats in it for you?
