Deliver high-impact tech initiatives and help shape our Agile ways of working.Lead end-to-end tech project execution in a supportive, hybrid environment.Newcastle-based | 23 days WFH | Permanent & long-term contract roles.Purpose of the roleWere seeking experienced Technology Delivery Managers who are comfortable delivering complex initiatives within an emerging Agile environment. Youll partner with senior leaders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment. Opportunities are available for both permanent roles and long-term contracts.What will your key responsibilities include?Deliver end-to-end technology initiatives using Agile principles and practical know-how.Manage timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and resources with confidence.Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Partner closely with stakeholders across technology and business teams.Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership, driving visibility and action.Help build a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.Proactively identify and solve delivery roadblocks, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals.Support the uplift of Agile capabilities across teams through coaching and day-to-day collaboration.What are we looking for?If youre a proven technology PM who thrives on making delivery smoother, faster, and smarter, we want to hear from you.
