Ensure top-notch training & delivery at ALPA.29th April, 2025About the RoleAs our Operations Manager for Training and Education, you''ll oversee a team of Travelling Workplace Trainers, including two Training Team Leads. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality training across our programs, including CDP, Fee for Service, VET in Schools, and Indigenous Skills Employment. This role is pivotal in driving excellence in workforce development, impacting participant success and community growth.Candidates should possess a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) and have an understanding of RTO operations, ASQA standards, the VET Quality Framework, and higher education compliance.
