Our recruiters balance sophisticated and simple inter-personal techniques to assure a strong candidate network.Know More: have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ETL Tester based in Sydney.Job Title: ETL TesterMode: PermanentLocation of work: SydneyExperience (Years): 4 (Min) - 8 (Max)DescriptionOver 4 years of hands-on experience in Data Warehouse and ETL testing.Practical experience in data warehousing on Big Data and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proficient in performing Data Warehouse Business Intelligence (BI) testing using various ETL tools, with expertise in Big Data and AWS Databricks as a database.Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL for creating queries to compare data between source and target systems, as well as identifying data anomalies. Analytical approach to detecting data mismatch issues.Expertise in a variety of testing types, including Functional, Manual, Automated, Regression, Black Box, System, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Experience validating dashboards and report tools such as Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI.Understanding of complex data warehousing and business intelligence solutions, applying that knowledge to testing.Familiar with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Knowledgeable in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. - Contributed to project test strategies and test plans by creating and executing test scenarios, selecting the best methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for testing. - Responsible for reporting test status, execution progress, and logging bugs.NOTEOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Please note that our client cannot provide visa sponsorship.
