Youll be responsible for leading the planning, optimisation and performance of paid search campaigns, across a highly visible roster of brands, working closely with key client stakeholders to deliver best-in-class results.From a people management perspective, you will oversee the development of an offshore team member, and provide guidance on their day-to-day delivery of work. Problem solving, attention to detail, strong communication, client servicing know-how and qualified paid search knowledge are the keys to this role.Key responsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end strategy, planning and execution of Haleons paid search campaigns across relevant platformsStay up to date with the latest trends and platform developments in SEM, and apply this knowledge to enhance campaign performancePresent and articulate approach, ideas and developments to client stakeholders and the wider teamEnsure budgets are spent according to the plan and delivery is to targetReporting at a monthly and quarterly basis, making sure details are clear and accurateManage and oversee the development of the offshore team member including day-to-day oversight of their work across implementation, pacing and optimisations.
