The ClientOporto is a popular fast-food restaurant located in Mittagong in NSW. Due to a manpower need, they require a full time Retail Manager to manage their store.The RoleThe retail manager will report to the owner and all store team members will report directly to them. The successful applicant will be someone who can and will maintain key relationships with store team members, head office staff, customers, and suppliers.This role is a full time position with an annual salary set at $75,000 plus superannuation.ResponsibilitiesManaging the overall image and standards of the store, including implementation and adherence to company policies and proceduresOverseeing the sale of Oporto''s food products and services to customers while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.Providing customers with guidance and recommendations on menu items, promotions, and product features to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.Fully accountable for all store operations criteria including food, rosters, budgeting and cash handling.Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients and products are constantly replenished.Monitor and record incoming and outgoing business expenses.Ensure the store meets financial targets and stays within operational budgets.Supervise and ensure that all team members comply with policies and standards.Ensure store and staff compliance with company and legislative employment, hygiene, health and safety requirements.Recruiting, training, and developing competent and exceptional team members, as required.Implement seasonal marketing strategies to promote and boost sales of goods.Maintain store cleanliness and organisation.Conduct staff meetingsFoster a fun and can-do attitudeRequirementsMinimum AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or DiplomaMinimum 1 year experience retail experience at a Managerial levelMinimum of 1 year people management experienceMinimum of 1 year in managing inventory, stock levels, and reducing shrinkageMinimum of 1 year in store merchandising, ensuring product placement aligns with store layout and customer preferencesMinimum of 1 year experience in using retail management systems, POS systems,Strong operational management backgroundAbility to embrace change at a store level and instil a culture of excitementDemonstrated VM / volume stock management abilitiesPassion for driving customer serviceGood time management and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
