This position is ideal for someone with a background in electrical engineering or technical sales, who is looking to build a long-term career in a business that is critical to Australias energy infrastructure. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of clients including:Electrical consultants and engineersElectrical contractors and service providersDistributors and integratorsInfrastructure operators and end-usersYou will receive in-depth product and sales training, work closely with a small team of highly technical professionals, and contribute to the growth and reliability of Australias most critical power systems.DUTIESDevelop and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients to grow service & project sales revenueIdentify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using product and service portfolioWork with internal engineering, R&D and support teams to provide technical sales input and solution deliveryDeliver compelling proposals, quotes and presentations to consultants, contractors and end-usersMaintain accurate customer and sales records through CRM and reporting toolsCollaborate with team members to support national sales strategies and ensure cohesive project deliveryAttend industry events, site meetings, and client briefings to promote our client''s capabilities and build brand presenceProvide regular updates and sales forecasts to managementTravel interstate as required for client meetings and site visitsCANDIDATETo be considered for this role, we''re seeking two things.
