Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from SynechronWe are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Customer Onboarding, AML, and Fincrime.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between the Domain, Technology, and Business Product Owner.Work with the business to analyze requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for new or changed technology applications and processes.Maximize value by ensuring features and stories align with business value.Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine the backlog through prioritization, estimation, and decision-making.Work closely with the Product Owner, BA team, Solution Architects, Solution Designers, and Scrum Teams to refine requirements through elaboration sessions.Support Developers, Engineers, and UX designers in understanding requirements for successful delivery.Experience:Minimum 10 years as a Senior Digital Business Analyst.Deep understanding of Financial Products, processes, and systems.Extensive experience in Customer Onboarding, AML, and Fincrime.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with Human-Centered Design (HCD) techniques.Ability to communicate product vision effectively and develop it into a well-shaped backlog.Proven leadership in workshops and cross-functional teams through discovery, development, and operational phases.Quick understanding of technical stacks and system know-how.Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.Evidence of analytical skills and data-driven decision making.Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.Other Capabilities:Experience in analysis and delivery within complex environments.Ability to maintain a broad perspective considering market, customer, and business strategies.Workshop and facilitation skills.Knowledge of API design.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resumes.Synechrons Diversity & Inclusion StatementDiversity & Inclusion are core to our culture.
