Dynaciv has recently opened a new office in Cairns and is on the lookout for an Office Manager to support our project team and handle general administrative duties. We believe in fostering an environment where people feel valued, supported, and part of a professional family.Role Responsibilities:Manage all administrative functions, including ordering office supplies, overseeing facilities management, and coordinating events and meetings.Provide HR support, including assisting with the recruitment process, managing employee records, and addressing HR-related inquiries.Oversee accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and other financial administration tasks.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to ensure productivity and organisation.Support the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.Support Regional and Project Managers on local projects.Prepare and issue RFQs for trades and services as needed.Assist with tender development and bid packages for the project team.Manage subcontractor packages, including preparation, negotiation, and procurement schedules.Prepare site setup documentation and issue RFIs.Provide regular status updates to the project team and clients.Attend client, project, and site meetings as needed.What we''re looking for:At least 2+ years'' experience in a Junior Contract Administrator or Project Assistant role within commercial construction.Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office management software.Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What we offer:Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Flexible work arrangements to maintain a healthy work-life balance.A collaborative and inclusive company culture where your contributions are valued.How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have with contracts administration?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as an office manager?Do you have experience in administration?Do you have experience preparing and submitting tenders?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?How many years of accounts payable experience do you have? #J-18808-Ljbffr
