The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Administrator to support operations at a coal mine site''s Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP). This role plays a vital part in maintaining compliance with site, company, and regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on health, safety, and training. Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor compliance with site and legislative requirements Support and coordinate health, safety, and training compliance activities Conduct audits, inspections, and documentation reviews Assist with maintaining training records, contractor onboarding, and site access systems Promote a strong safety culture through effective communication and process improvement About You: Previous experience in a compliance-focused role within the resources sector Advanced Excel experience Strong background in health, safety, and training compliance High attention to detail and strong administrative skills Confident communicator with the ability to engage with various teams across site Proficient in MS Office and relevant compliance systems Reside in Mackay, Moranbah, Nebo, or Whitsundays region due to drive-in drive-out role only.
