From injured Police officers to builders, hospitality workers to farmersyour work makes a difference.As a senior team member, youll provide coaching and handle escalations. This is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility to work from home (WFH). Your Responsibilities Proactively manage a portfolio of workers'' compensation claims to achieve early and sustainable return to work outcomes while maintaining reasonable claim costs. Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, brokers, rehab providers, and other stakeholders to develop effective Return to Work strategies. Assist workers and employers with the claim process, providing support, managing expectations, and ensuring timely access to necessary services. Assess liability and recovery aspects relevant to legislation or policies, and conduct ongoing reviews of entitlements and payments. Respond to escalations, providing coaching and mentoring to team members. About You Minimum 3 years of experience managing claims within the New Zealand Accident Compensation Scheme. An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to customer support. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail with high accuracy. Effective stakeholder engagement and management skills. A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
