Job purpose As a Product Designer at Slyp, you''ll shape end-to-end design experiences across our businessfrom product to marketing. Youll craft intuitive, engaging design solutions for our consumer mobile app (Go Rewards) and merchant platform (B2B web tools), ensuring visual consistency and branding. Youll collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to turn complex ideas into clear, user-centric designs. Whether working on mobile experiences, marketing campaigns, or pitch decks, you''ll ensure every touchpoint is on-brand, user-friendly, and impactful. This role is hands-on and high-impact, suited for a designer who enjoys variety, ownership, and solving meaningful problems through thoughtful design. What youll bring to Slyp 6+ years of design experience in cross-functional environments (startup experience a bonus). Confidence across UX, UI, prototyping, visual design, branding, and some motion design. A strong portfolio showcasing product, brand, and marketing work. Collaborative attitude, comfortable with product discussions, sales calls, and design reviews. Ability to take feedback constructively and work independently. Proficiency in Figma; experience with Webflow, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Confluence & Jira or similar tools. Nice-to-Haves Experience with data-driven products or dashboards. Experience creating and maintaining a design system. Familiarity with B2B2C platforms. Exposure to loyalty, retail, or ecommerce sectors. Your Responsibilities Lead UX/UI design for mobile and web-based B2B platformfrom wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Work with product managers to simplify complex workflows and data insights into intuitive experiences. Support branding and marketing with visuals and assets. Assist sales with presentations, prototypes, and custom assets to attract new merchants. Contribute to and evolve our design system.
