Job Opportunity: Signals Work Group LeaderAre you excited by exploring your potential and trying new challenges?If complex technological solutions fascinate you, join our team to help create seamless operations that enhance efficiency for millions of customers.In this role, you will:Be a frontline operational leader as a Work Group Leader Signals within our Network Maintenance division in the Central Coast region.Allocate work to your Signals Work Group, ensuring safety, timely completion, and adherence to specifications.Collaborate with your Team Leader to support maintenance delivery and team performance.Manage work delivery, maintain equipment safety and security, and foster team confidence and competence through coaching and mentoring.For detailed role responsibilities, view the role description and NSW info pack.This position requires rostered shift work, including on-call duties and weekends, so flexibility is essential.About youYou are a qualified Signals Electrician assessed at level 4.3 or above, with sound knowledge and extensive experience in Electrical Signals systems and assets. You demonstrate strong leadership, diagnostics, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and a safety-first attitude are essential.
