If you DREAM of working in a fast-paced, innovative, and disruptive organization, join us!You will enjoy leading a business in a collaborative work culture where you will empower others and seek opportunities to grow the market.Role OverviewThe Senior Influencer Specialist is responsible for impactful influencer activation aligned with Pandoras global and local media relations strategy and marketing goals.What youll doLead the paid and organic (gifting) influencer strategy in ANZ, including cycle and collection activity and always-on influencer relationships.Develop and execute innovative influencer relations and campaign activations aligned with overarching business goals.Manage influencer activity across ANZ, including ongoing liaison and approvals.Oversee the influencer budget, including forecasting, contracts, and deliverables.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and the social & influencer landscape.Collaborate with local functions such as public relations, paid media, CRM, eCommerce, go-to-market, product, and sales teams, as well as the Global Social and Influencer team.You haveExperience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, strategy, and content creation.Ability to manage and collaborate with local and global stakeholders.Strong negotiation and project management skills.A creative mind with strong attention to detail.A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Our BenefitsOur people are central to our success.
