We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager - NDIS to oversee and coordinate high-quality support services for residents in SIL accommodations. The ideal candidate will ensure residents'' well-being, independence, and satisfaction while complying with standards and regulations.About Us:My Support My Way is a registered NDIS service provider in South Australia and Victoria. We support individuals with multiple disabilities, including mental health, challenging behaviors, and emotional regulation. Our services include:Supported Independent LivingShort and Medium-Term AccommodationCommunity Participation ProgramsOur Values:We operate based on our core values:IntegrityGrowthRespectAbout the Role:The Client Services Manager - NDIS will lead and oversee the delivery of person-centered services, managing support staff and ensuring compliance with NDIS standards. You will support clients in achieving their goals and promote a positive, inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.Service Delivery: Oversee support delivery, ensure staff adherence to policies, and monitor performance.Participant Support & Advocacy: Support participants'' independence, ensure current individual plans, and advocate for their rights.Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct audits, oversee incident reports, and address non-compliance issues.Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, property inspections, and involve participants in managing their environment.Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication, submit reports, and participate in team meetings.Training & Development: Identify and facilitate staff training, stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes.Service Coordination: Implement support plans, coordinate activities, and promote independence and community inclusion.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.Quality Assurance: Implement measures for continuous improvement and participate in audits.Budget Management: Manage the SIL program budget for resource efficiency and sustainability.Client Assessment & Planning: Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized support plans.Essential Qualifications & Skills:Experience in the NDIS sector, with understanding of funding, planning, and service modelsStrong networks with industry stakeholdersSelf-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skillsHighly organized with attention to detailExperience managing SIL servicesKnowledge of NDIS regulations and standardsStrong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilityEthical, person-centered approachUnderstanding of challenging behaviors and behavior support plansValid Australian Drivers license and reliable transportCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and Working with Children CheckKnowledge of Positive Behavior Support principlesExperience in community-based or residential support settingsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary with flexible schedulingSupportive, collaborative environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful differenceIf you are passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
