In this role, you will primarily work on all option related pricing and risk calculation features for the Options trading desk.In this role, you will lead a team of highly skilled technologists, to develop and enhance low latency options market making and trading applications. Your focus will be on the option pricing models, volatility and pricing parameters features as well risk calculation functions for exchange traded Option products. This is a hands-on technical and team leader role where you will thrive on the business, quantitative modeling and technology challenges. We are looking for people who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and have the desire to continuously innovate, learn, and grow.Benefits: SIG offers a wide array of competitive employee perks & benefits.What we''re looking forMinimum of 10 years experience in financial Markets Technology as a Quant or working with Quantitative model integration for derivatives products.Minimum of a Master''s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, or a related discipline.Exceptional C# and Python development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance focused on back-end development.Demonstrated experience as a software engineer in the pricing and risk management of derivatives products.Deep understanding of quantitative pricing models for options and derivatives products.Demonstrated experience as a technical or team lead, leading a team of senior software engineers.Experience working closely with trading and Quants to understand and deliver technical solutions that meet their business demands.About SIG:SIG is a global quantitative trading firm founded by a group of friends who share a passion for game theory and probabilistic thinking.
