Job Title: Program ManagerJoin to apply for the Program Manager role at Tradewind Australia.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with experience in the housing and homelessness sector or similar areas. The role involves overseeing operations at the Mens Hostel, which accommodates 25 men, and managing support programs and crisis accommodation properties.Salary: Up to $111,000 per annum, plus salary packaging and a company car. The actual pay will depend on skills and experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations and program outcomes across client services, staff performance, budgets, and compliance.Build a culture of quality and accountability, focusing on continuous improvement and holistic client care.Oversee program compliance, service agreements, and financial management.Mentor and support staff through coaching, supervision, and performance planning.Represent the program in forums, building sector relationships.Promote safe, ethical, and evidence-informed practices aligned with our mission and strategic goals.Qualifications and SkillsTertiary qualifications in Community Services or a related field.Proven experience leading community sector programs or services.Strong leadership, operational management, budgeting, and HR skills.Deep understanding of sector standards, funding, and legislation.Commitment to social justice and community values.Additional DetailsPosition is full-time at the senior-mid level, with employment starting in May 2025.
