We are committed to creating and maintaining a diverse workforce that reflects the community we serve and inclusive culture where all employees feel valued, respected and connected.The roleAs a member of the senior executive team, provide leadership and manage the Strategy and Commercial Division to meet performance and quality outputs.Lead the coordination and delivery of electricity infrastructure to achieve the Government''s energy decarbonisation objectives.Lead significant projects and ensure accountability to meet time, quality and budget parameters, and engage and manage external consultants undertaking assignments related to the functions of PoweringWA.Lead the provision of strategic and specialist advice in relation to the PoweringWA''s functions, including program management for the transmission and generation infrastructure projects required to deliver on the State''s decarbonisation commitments; and overseeing reporting, risk management, resourcing and change management.Provide strategic and specialist advice to the Deputy Director General on matters related to PoweringWA''s functions.BenefitsFlexible working hours (with a standard 37.5 hour week).Flexible working arrangements (from home, the field and office).20 days of annual leave per year (which can be taken at half pay).17.5% leave loading paid annually on accrued annual leave.15 days personal leave per year.13 weeks long service leave every seven years (which can be taken at half pay).18 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months of service).3 public holidays in lieu per year.5 days reproductive leave per year.10 days disability leave per year.5 days bereavement leave.5 days cultural leave for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people per year.Ability to purchase additional annual leave.Opportunities for professional development, acting, shadowing and mentoring.Formal training options.Stable work, job security, fair remuneration and 11.5% superannuation contributions.Interested?
