We think about the customer and make doing business with McCain easy.Our Maintenance team in Smithton is looking for an experienced & passionate Maintenance Manager to provide strategic leadership to the onsite maintenance team to plan and implement the global maintenance strategy. You will cover day-to-day maintenance engineering issues, defect elimination, risk management and life cycle asset management aspects of reliability engineering best practices.This role is an integral member of a cross functional site leadership team and will see you contribute to the implementation of capital projects.Support and promote continuous improvement across the organisationEnsure plant and equipment comply with standards and legislationContribute to and support implementation of McCain Foods Safety PlansDefine annual maintenance needs for budget planningEnsure equipment and operations meet environmental standardsPromote safety awareness among employees and contractorsProvide input on site projects and ensure safe labour allocationLeadership Principles.Our principles, each with related practices, guide our actions across the organization.
