Youll ensure new hires have a smooth and professional entry into the business, coordinate training activities, and maintain accurate HR records and compliance with company procedures. This role is central to creating a positive employee experience and supporting day-to-day HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate end-to-end onboarding procedures, including contracts, documentation, and system setup.Organise and facilitate employee inductions to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.Manage pre-employment checks including reference checks, medicals, and compliance documentation.Support training and development initiatives by scheduling sessions, maintaining records, and liaising with providers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and calendar coordination.Process and track HR-related invoices, liaising with vendors and internal finance teams as needed.Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.Assist with reporting and tracking of HR metrics as required.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all HR practices.Manage internal communication related to new hires.Qualification/Experience13 years of experience in an HR coordinator, HR administrator, or generalist role.Knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and onboarding best practices.Familiarity with HRIS systems and managing employee data and records.Skills RequirementsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.High-level administrative skillset with attention to detail.Highly effective time management capabilities, prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative, solution-driven outcomes.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, leveraging tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Salary Range : $85000 PA - $95000 PAThe offer is subject to satisfactory medical and police clearance.Job ID 76056If you dont have technical capabilities to apply online, please contact your Talent Acquisition Partner mentioned above via phone. #J-18808-Ljbffr
