Job DescriptionBAE Systems is the industry leader in Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation and has immediate openings for individuals eager to begin an exciting and dynamic intelligence career while supporting critical global counterterrorism operations. By joining our team, you will undergo a unique three-week formal training course in FMV tradecraft, followed by on-the-job training that provides specialized instruction in FMV, exploitation tools, and theater-specific cultural familiarization. Our analysts have rapid advancement potential and cross-training opportunities into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), FMV training, and FMV Advanced Research positions. BAE Systems offers generous paid time off, educational benefits, and accessible career advancement pathways from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesWork a rotating shift schedule (typically 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, subject to change), including weekends and holidays.Input data accurately and exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms; integrate HUMINT and SIGINT information into FMV imagery analysis; use electronic light tables for NTM imagery exploitation.Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports for distribution.Compile intelligence materials for briefings to high-level government personnel.KeywordsFMV, Full Motion Video, All-Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, ImageryMinimum Education, Experience, & SkillsUnderstanding of the basic intelligence cycle/process.Ability to relay and articulate information during high-tempo operations.Capability to solve routine tasks of limited scope following established procedures.Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good analytical writing skills.Typing speed of at least 32 WPM without looking at the keyboard.Ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a screen.Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsBackground in Counter-Terrorism analysis.Basic understanding of national imagery product standards.Experience exploiting FMV and sensor capabilities.Experience with national imagery exploitation and analysis.Pay RangeFull-Time Salary Range: $61,820 - $105,050.
