You''ll play a key role in leading and mentoring a high-performing sales force, growing market share in your state, and delivering outstanding results across the four solution pillars:Engineered Building Products Frame & truss systems and Builder solutionsAutomation Machinery Empowering customer production efficiencySoftware Solutions Driving smarter operations through technologyProfessional Services Enhancing productivity and customer successThis role combines strategic leadership and hands-on sales engagement, positioning you as the key state representative responsible for ensuring customer needs are understood and exceeded.ResponsibilitiesAs a senior member of the leadership team, your key responsibilities will include:Leading and motivating the state sales team to achieve and exceed targetsDeveloping strategic sales plans and managing execution to meet financial objectivesBuilding and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts and high-value clientsDelivering accurate sales analytics, forecasts, and reportsCoaching and mentoring staff to support career growth and performanceEnsuring deep understanding of products, solutions, and value propositionsCollaborating cross-functionally with departments such as Engineering, Software, Marketing, HR, and FinanceMaintaining an effective CRM strategy (Salesforce), identifying key accounts and growth opportunitiesRepresenting the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking functionsPromoting continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with policies and proceduresTo Be Considered For This Role, You Will Need to Demonstrate:A proven track record in senior sales management roles, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or a related industryStrong commercial acumen and ability to engage in strategic business conversationsOutstanding communication and relationship-building skills, including with senior decision-makersA collaborative leadership style with experience managing high-performing teamsDeep knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamicsExperience with CRM systems, sales reporting, and analyticsAn adaptable, customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and growthConfidence and gravitas to represent the business as the states lead brand ambassadorWhy Join?This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impactshaping the future of construction while leading a team that values integrity, innovation, and collaboration.
