The Executive Manager, Business Services is responsible for leading the delivery of business services to the region including planning; governance; infrastructure, fleet and equipment planning and management; financial and management accounting; human resource management; health and safety; and delivery of a wide range of business support services including general administrative support.We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:Highly-developed leadership skills with demonstrated capabilities and experience in managing and coordinating the delivery of a wide range of complex, high quality business support services to support the delivery of operational emergency services.Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse, professional teams, in an environment of competing priorities and needs with limited resources.Success in the development and implementation of practical, efficient and effective governance arrangements in respect to a range of corporate support functions including asset, financial, human resource and health and safety management.Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills and the proven ability to build productive, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret financial and trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement.Demonstrated capabilities and experience in implementing organisational change and service system reform in a complex environment, working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Demonstrated commitment to implement practices which promote a fair and ethical workplace, employment equity, cultural diversity and occupational health and safety.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Occupational group Executive #J-18808-Ljbffr
