This role requires expertise in reading legal descriptions and conducting detailed assessments of property records. The candidate will thoroughly review recorded documents to ensure accurate and complete plant postings using current technology.Duties Review and analyze property documents, including deeds, mortgage, surveys, and other official records to determine property parcel with its corresponding owner. Interpret and analyze legal descriptions to accurately identify properties and their boundaries. Enter and update property data accurately and efficiently into the company database or management system. Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of entered data to ensure data integrity. Identify and resolve issues related to property boundaries and ownership discrepancies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
