Reporting to the Modbury Shop Manager, you''ll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.In addition, you will:Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAAs extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.Plus much more.HoursFull-time training from May 26th June 4thAfter training you will be working approximately 20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.About youYou will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
