The role is based in Central Queensland (Bundaberg to Rockhampton & West - flexible base location).About UsRas360 Property Solutions is a trusted leader in the accommodation property market, with over 21 years of industry experience. Following our rebrand and relaunch in May 2024, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth, expanding into regional areas and southern states.With offices in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, we specialise in the sale of Motels, Hotels, Pubs, Parks, and Management Rights across Australia. Our expertise includes freeholds, leaseholds, and comprehensive business sales.In 2024, we experienced rapid growth, expanding our Management Rights & Accommodation (MRA) team from 2 to 14 members. We are looking for talented individuals to help us continue this momentum into 2025, aiming to complete onboarding for the year and fill all outstanding BDA positions along the Eastern Seaboard.About the RoleAs a Broker, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, building strong client relationships and driving sales in your region. This role is commission-only, with an expense allowance for the right individual, and offers uncapped earning potential.You can choose to work as a contractor or employee, depending on your preference.
