Our national clients are looking for an Aurion Project Manager to work from their office in Adelaide on a permanent basis to work with everything related to HRP.An Aurion Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and management of Aurion systems within an organisation. They lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure the Aurion system meets the company''s needs.Essentially, you will be the project leaders for Aurion implementations, ensuring the system is successfully deployed and integrated into the business.Responsibilities of an Aurion Project Manager:Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for Aurion implementations.Team Management: Creating and managing project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring team members are aligned with project goals.Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicating project progress, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, department managers, and end-users.Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks and issues.Budget Management: Ensuring that the Aurion project is delivered on time and within budget.System Implementation: Overseeing the implementation and integration of the Aurion system, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.Vendor Management: Working with team Team to select the right software, manage implementation timelines, and ensure the system meets the organization''s requirements.Quality Assurance: Testing the Aurion system to ensure it functions as expected and meets the organization''s needs.Key Skills:Project Management: Experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects.Technical Skills: Understanding of Aurion systems, software, and implementation processes.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project data, identify risks, and develop solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
