We aim to prioritize hearing care on the healthcare agenda and improve the quality of life for individuals with hearing loss.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a passionate customer service professional to join us as a full-time Clinic Co-Ordinator. If you are interested in helping clients enhance their hearing and quality of life, keep reading! This role is essential in each clinic, contributing to performance and customer experience. We want a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven individual with excellent organizational and customer service skills to help more people access better hearing.This role involves collaborating with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians (where applicable) to deliver quality hearing health outcomes. You will learn about our products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
