Hold team members accountable for task completion and schedule adherence.Collaborate with operations, systems SMEs, and stakeholders to develop and implement plans for warehouse moves, resets, openings, and continuous improvement efforts, including technology evaluations to reduce operational costs.Design, evaluate, and improve supply chain processes to enhance capability, efficiency, and productivity.Partner with sales, program management, IT, and other supply chain teams to support and improve operational processes impacting daily performance.Use AutoCAD to design warehouse layouts that maximize space utilization, efficiency, and safety.Leverage WMS to identify opportunities and implement improvements in warehouse systems and key performance metrics.Develop and maintain SOPs to support warehouse and logistics processes.Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions for long-term resolution.Apply LEAN, 6S, and process engineering techniques to drive improvements and efficiencies.Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.Other Duties as AssignedPosition RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 4 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles, preferably in distribution or warehouse environments.Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing budgets, timelines, and resources.Experience with process improvement methodologies like LEAN, 6S, or Six Sigma.Proficiency in developing, documenting, and maintaining SOPs and Engineered Labor Standards.Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).AutoCAD experience preferred.Experience with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards) and WMS.Customer focus, agility, initiative, influence, and attention to detail.Physical Job RequirementsContinuous computer use.Sitting for extended periods.Travel less than 30%.Drug PolicyDealer Tire is a drug-free environment.
