Click here to learn moreWe embrace flexibility and connection with a balance of on-site and WFHFree onsite parking (subject to availability)Gender neutral, 16-week parental leave available from commencementMonthly work life balance day off to treat yourself (if full-time)Free income protection and salary continuance insuranceAccess to corporate health insurance deals with major providersWellbeing, prayer, and sensory rooms in the Footscray and Sunbury officesThe opportunityThis is an active on-site 6-month fixed-term full-time opportunity where you will support and coordinate a variety of Learning & Development (L&D) activities at the GWW Training Academy based in Melton and across all GWW training sites.Reporting to the GWW Technical Training Lead, you will coordinate a range of L&D activities, support L&D projects, maintain training records through the learning platform, act as the first point of contact for L&D queries, and prepare rooms for training sessions.If you enjoy administration tasks, being customer-facing, working with a motivated team, and pitching in where needed, then apply today!ResponsibilitiesGreet and induct colleagues, external customers, and Trainers, and set up training sessions at multiple locations.Schedule national accredited safety, technical, compliance, and water industry operational training, working with RTOs and industry regulators.Maintain accurate processes for all internal and external training courses.Communicate procedures for booking external training courses.Support training activities, including creating calendar invites, setting up rooms, delivering lunches, and other tasks.Review evaluations, prepare reports, and handle purchase orders, invoices, and accounts.Maintain training records using LMS, SharePoint, and other databases.Skills & ExperienceHigh attention to detail and proficient administration skills, or experience coordinating training in a corporate environment.Excellent people skills and confidence to collaborate with internal and external partners.Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently and in a team.Valid Victorian drivers license required.Thrive with us!Our vision is Thriving People and Country.
