What MLHD Offers Relocation support for interstate applicants Professional growth and development opportunities Comprehensive health and wellbeing programs About The Role The Whole of Hospital Manager will lead the Whole of Hospital Program, collaborating with General Managers to establish governance structures, program teams, and strategies to enact change. Leadership in Quality, WHS, and Infection Control processes is also essential. Key Responsibilities Identify strategic opportunities for performance improvement using redesign methodologies Coordinate projects and report to senior management on access to care Support clinical and service leaders in projects, including health and winter strategies Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders Oversee local program governance Network with peer program leads across NSW Assist General Manager in strategies to enhance quality and safety Oversee NSQHS implementation at Griffith Base Hospital Candidate Profile Learn more about the role and requirements here.
