The 24-month program will include 3 x 8-month rotations, working in a range of hospital environments that may include regional and metropolitan locations. The program will give you exposure to senior leaders, including the Australian Executive Team, with a focus on your professional development and leadership experience.Our program offers ongoing support for your success through:AnExecutive sponsorwho will meet with you approximately every 6-weeks to invite two-way feedback and reflection - this will be a member of our Australian Executive Team.Aplacement buddy tosupport you for the duration of the placement-this will be a graduate from a previous cohort who can offer peer-to-peer mentoring.AGraduate Leadresponsible for day-to-day support throughout the program. They arrange placements, collate feedback, provide coaching and help you identify potential opportunities at the end of the 2-year program.Engagement with theRamsay Graduate Communityin the global cohort with the opportunity to share experiences and insights, offer support and network.Astructured learning programthat includes an induction to Ramsay, a blend of face-to-face and virtual learning workshops and access to an Online Learning Hub.Anindividual development planfocussed on your learning to help you get established, build key skills and knowledge, and grow your leadership capability.To be eligible for our Program, you must:Be either an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident (at the time of submitting this application).Be currently residing in Australia.Have completed your degree (undergrad or postgrad) on or after September 2021 (within 3 years of the program start date).Be ready to commence full-time employment onMonday 1st September 2025Be prepared to relocate if required at any time during the program.
