Acting as the ''voice of the customer,'' you will bring market insights, stakeholder feedback, and industry expertise together to shape high-impact solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and competitive.Youll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Delivery, Sales, and Marketing teams to bring your vision to lifeensuring seamless alignment between strategic objectives, customer needs, and technical delivery. Your focus will span the full product lifecycle: from strategic planning and development through to delivery, governance, support, and optimization.In addition to driving product innovation and operational excellence, youll manage resources effectively to ensure sustainable growth and contribute to building a business model that supports long-term success. If you are a strategic thinker, passionate about technology, and excited to lead a product vision from strategy to execution, we would love to hear from you.How youll make an impact as a Senior Product Manager at EasyPark ANZDefine and drive the product and technology strategy, setting a clear and compelling roadmap for growth and innovationLead the product through its entire lifecyclefrom initial concept through to launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisionsGather, prioritize, and maintain a clear traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across multiple product releasesDevelop and present robust business cases to secure investment and gain internal buy-in for product initiativesPropose and execute comprehensive product development and go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with business objectivesShape product requirements, specifications, and market insights into actionable strategies that deliver customer value and competitive advantageCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships that strengthen the product offeringAct as the recognized subject-matter expert on the product, its market landscape, emerging technologies, and competitive positioningCraft core positioning, value propositions, and messaging to clearly articulate the products unique benefits to customers and the marketLead customer engagements, delivering compelling product demonstrations and building strong, lasting relationships with key clientsInspire, lead, and mentor the product team, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic and operational objectivesCollaborate with Sales to define pricing strategies and margin targets, ensuring sustainable profitability throughout the product lifecycleContinuously monitor, analyze, and report on product performance, driving initiatives to optimize outcomes and enhance customer valueOwn the end-to-end business and functional analysis, development, operations, testing, and quality assurance processesincluding full release managementPlan and execute product trials and MVPs, and develop impactful go-to-market launch strategies that ensure successful adoption and market penetrationConduct regular market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategic decision-makingChampion the product internally by delivering engaging sales enablement initiatives, including training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing eventsDevelop and maintain high-quality training resources to empower technical operations and customer support teamsManage and continuously improve L1, L2, and L3 support capabilities to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpointsCapture and analyze feedback from sales teams and customers to refine product strategy, prioritize enhancements, and inform future developmentRepresent the voice of the customer in senior leadership forums, ensuring customer insights directly influence strategic directionServe as a passionate product evangelist, building excitement and advocacy both internally and externallyBe recognized as a trusted leader across the business, building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and fostering collaboration at all levelsKnowledge & ExperienceBachelors degree in Product Engineering, UI/UX design, IT, or a related field3+ years of professional software engineering experienceCertification or significant experience with Agile/Lean processesSolid understanding of software interface (responsive UI/UX) and service design patternsSolid experience with business/systems analysis modelling and tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated BehavioursThrives in a collaborative environment and fosters teamwork across functionsDemonstrates leadership, initiative, and a self-starter mindsetAbility to prioritise and adapt to changing market and customer requirementsCan-do attitude and willingness to challenge the status quoStrong time and project management skills - thorough and demonstrates high attention to detailDemonstrates ingenuity and a solution-oriented mindsetProactively explores and adopts new technologies, patterns, and processes to drive continuous improvementMaintains a strong customer focus with excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsFlexible with working hours to support collaboration with global teams when requiredOpen to occasional national travel to support business needsTeam OverviewAt EasyPark, we love cities.
