Financially robust, the company has a busy pipeline until the end of 2025, early 2026 and is hiring due to planned growth. Their forecasted turnover for the year is expected to exceed $200M and $250M next yearThe OpportunityWe are seeking a Site Manager to lead either an educational or hospitality project valued to $30M.This role will see you managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring key milestones are achieved while maintaining strict standards of safety, quality, and adherence to the programme.You will work closely with a supportive project team and report to an office-based Project Manager and Construction Manager.Some Saturday work may be required, but rotated and based on project timelines, which will be under your control.Salary: $210K $240K, dependent on experienceCulture & BenefitsThe company ethos is based on honesty, integrity, and inclusivity.
