You will:Provide legal advice and opinions on labour and employment mattersSupport grievance processes, arbitrations, and Human Rights issuesAssist with collective bargaining preparation and strategyAdvise on terminations, performance, accommodation, and disciplinary mattersDraft a range of legal documents and liaise with external counsel as neededBeyond Labour And Employment, Youll Provide Legal Support To City Council, The City Manager, And Departments Across The Organization.
