As a hands-on retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service by setting the standard through personal interactions, actively addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. You''ll be the driving force behind our store''s success. Your responsibilities will include: Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers. Overseeing all store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising. Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a memorable shopping experience. Inspiring your team, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure. Solving challenges with effective problem-solving skills and ensuring smooth operations. Ensuring a safe environment for our customers and team members. Delivering business objectives.
