You will be responsible for leading growth, managing store operations, and providing an inspiring experience for our team, customers, and community.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the retail store to maximize sales and profitabilityLead, grow, and develop a team of paid employees and volunteersEnsure exceptional customer service in every interactionMaintain operational and visual standardsPromote a ''safety first'' culturePlan and manage the store''s financial performanceSupport and engage with the volunteer workforce and the local communityAbout YouWhile previous experience in a similar industry is valued, it is not essential. Essential qualities include strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, excellent communication, and integrity.
