Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure jobs are completed to standard, on time, and safely.Your Day-to-DayAssemble, install, and repair mechanical equipment and systemsInterpret drawings, specifications, and work instructionsIdentify and troubleshoot faults with preventative solutionsSupervise (for Leading Hand) or collaborate within a teamMaintain safety standards and a clean, compliant workplaceComplete accurate job records and documentationWhat You Will NeedTrade Qualification Mechanical FitterAbility to work independently and in teamsHigh attention to quality and detailLeading Hand role: previous leadership or mentoring experience preferredWillingness to complete pre-employment medical and site inductions (including Blue/Yellow Medipass and Coal Board Medical if required)Apply NowAbout MechaEstablished in 2016, Mecha specializes in fixed plant mechanical solutions for industries including mining, marine, and manufacturing.
