You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere whether it is at the bar, in the restaurant, room service, conferencing and/or events.Key AccountabilitiesGreet and Seat Guests: Warmly welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and provide them with menus.Take Orders: Knowledgeably describe menu items, answer questions, and take orders accurately, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure they are presented according to standard.Check on Guests: Regularly check in with diners to ensure they have everything they need and address any concerns.Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the area clean and well-organised, including clearing tables, resetting, and restocking.Collaborate with Kitchen Team: Communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure that food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly.Handle Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately.Upsell and Promote: Suggest additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guests experience.Handle Guest Requests: Address special requests and accommodate guests'' needs to the best of your ability.Safety and Hygiene: Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
