About The Role Mentors proactively engage with job seekers, motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help them gain and maintain meaningful employment. Services are tailored to individual needs to support progression into the labour market. Do you have what it takes? Successful Mentors will balance empathy with a drive for results, possess strong customer service and administrative skills, and be adept at building relationships.
