Gardening, administration, nursery and general maintenance rolesFriends of the Melton Botanic Garden offer volunteer opportunities at the Melton Botanic Garden to help build and maintain the garden. Take pride in contributing to the community through this work. We have roles in gardening, administration, nursery, and general maintenance. Join a team of enthusiastic individuals and help foster community pride in the garden, which attracts visitors locally and from afar.Requirements: You must be physically capable of performing gardening, nursery, or administrative tasks. Any contribution during these times is appreciated. We can provide up to 15 hours/week (Tuesday-Thursday) for Centrelink or required hours volunteers.Reimbursement and RequirementsWorking with Children CheckMust be physically able to perform gardening tasks, including walking around the garden and carrying tools and equipment in wheelbarrows.
