Come be part of a team thats redefining mining success.Now, were looking for a Truck Fitter to join the crew at Mt Ida.If youre hands-on, adaptable, and ready to take on a mix of field breakdowns, workshop repairs, and servicingthis could be your next role. You''ll work across a range of equipment including 3T trucks, drill rig support vehicles, and various mobile plant.This is a full-time, permanent role on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie, with an immediate start available.What Youll Be DoingCarrying out routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a range of light to heavy rigid trucksDiagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faultsResponding to field breakdowns and performing efficient on-site repairs to reduce downtimeConducting inspections to identify wear or potential failures before they escalateCollaborating with the maintenance team to support smooth scheduling and workflowKeeping accurate service records and completing all required documentationWhat Youll Need To SucceedA relevant Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive EngineeringA current WA HR (manual) Drivers Licence essentialA valid National Police ClearanceMinimum 3 years post-trade experience working on LRHR trucks in a mining environmentFull, unrestricted Australian working rightsAbility to complete and pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screeningBenefits Of Working With AurenneWork direct for the mine and a family business.Short-Term bonus incentive.Employee discounts and offers through our HR / payroll system.Access to free employee assistance program.Access to salary packaging options.Competitive salary.Short commute to site.Clean and comfortable camp facilities.In-house catering staff.If you love working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and being part of a tight, high-performing teamthis is the role for you.We believe in an equal opportunity work force and encourage women and First Nations people to apply.This position is available only to permanent Australian residents or applicants who hold the relevant Visa with full authority to work in Australia.
