We are seeking to expand our Ranger Services team within the Community Safety Department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual eager to work within this department.This role involves education and enforcement across the municipality. The successful candidate will handle duties related to Animal Management and Amenity Protection under Community Safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Responsibilities include community engagement, conducting patrols, investigations, issuing notices, inspecting animal facilities, and participating in after-hours services on a rotational basis.For the full Position Description, click here.About youTo succeed, you will have:A degree or diploma with little or no relevant work experience, or a Certificate IV in Statutory Compliance (Government) and Animal Control and Regulation with relevant skills.Ability to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check.Firearm Licence (desirable).Culture and ValuesOur vision is: "A vibrant, safe, and livable city accessible to all."
