Youll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our processing plant and machinery, contributing to our mission of excellence in aquaculture and seafood.Responsibilities:Maintain processing site plant and machinery;Ensure optimum efficiency and product quality;Minimise equipment failure in accordance with regulations and company procedures;Work on dedicated projects as part of a dynamic team.Role Requirements:Cert III Mechanical Fitter;Strong technical aptitude with experience in fault-finding mechanical and pneumatic issues;Excellent communication and report-writing skills, a self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities;A team player with a positive can-do attitude.Skills to Enhance Success:MEX software experience;Forklift licence;Familiarity with HACCP food safety requirements;Prior experience in food production or pharmaceuticals;TIG welding.What We Offer:Monday to Friday roster with the possibility of overtime;Ongoing career development opportunities;A paid day off for your birthday;Access to Maxxia Salary Packaging, Novated Leasing & Rewards programme;Workplace health and wellbeing support for you and your family.Company Culture:Our people each contribute in different ways, embracing our business values and harnessing our can do safety culture with purpose and intent.
