We are currently seeking a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our dynamic team.Location: Based in Chinchilla or Miles (or surrounds) with various site locations throughout the day.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Above award rates - once licenced, rates between $30-$40/hr for the right candidate, based on skill.Benefits:- Competitive pay rates- Flexible hours & very family friendly- Change of location every day - we cover from Roma east to Warra, Theodore south to Westmar. Approx 57,500sq kms.- All training provided- Opportunity for growth and advancementResponsibilities:- Conducting general pest control inspections and treatments in residential and commercial properties- Identifying pest infestations and recommending appropriate treatment methods- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients- Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry regulations- Keeping accurate records of services performed and materials usedRequirements:- Previous experience in pest control is helpful but not required - all training provided, entry level job.- Very strong work ethic and attention to detail - we work hard & strive to achieve the highest results every time.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you''re dealing with customers face-to-face daily. Customer service skills are important.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - once licenced, you''re working independently.- Current manual driver''s license is a must.
