About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader Workforce Australia, your role will empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will provide tailored guidance, coaching, job placement, and ongoing support to your client group, meeting specific targets. Your understanding of clients'' unique employment needs and collaboration with employers to bridge talent and opportunity are key to success in this role. Requirements Experience within the Employment Services industry is essential. Relevant experience in customer service, sales, contact centres, or recruitment will be advantageous. Proven success in target-driven environments is critical. A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory before employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access government data relevant to the role. About You To excel, you will be committed to making a difference by connecting and supporting clients into sustainable employment. You should be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, experienced in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or related fields. Problem-solving, goal-setting, understanding of local labour markets, and employment pathways are essential. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks are also important. Adaptability, resilience, empathy, and respect are key traits, along with a drive to achieve positive outcomes.
