Position Location: Sydney - SouthJoin our team with a rotating roster that includes weekend work and shifts from 5am to 11pm. Be part of this dynamic team of retail professionals.Position DescriptionThe role involves preparing the Food Court for operation, using a forklift to drop stock, stocking and rotating products, and ensuring the Food Court has necessary ingredients for hot foods. Adherence to safety and sanitation standards is essential. Providing prompt and courteous customer service is a key responsibility.Daily Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPrepare the Food Court for use and start up equipment.Fulfill drop list needs, stock in proper storage, and rotate all dated products. Purchase items following warehouse procedures.Restock and consolidate remaining items for safe conveyance by forklift.Label freezer and cooler items with Price Look Up labels and refer to the Production Bench Manual for frozen items.Follow SSOP guidelines for cleaning and sanitation. Comply with all safety and quality assurance standards, including Food Safety Certification.Assist with prepping hot foods, ringing up sales, dispensing drinks, and cleaning as needed.
