We achieve our Vision and Purpose by delivering on our goals and values.Our GoalsGrowing revenue above marketBusiness transformationOur ValuesEmpowerment: We make it happenPossibilities: We evolve and innovateCommunity: We make the connectionKey AccountabilitiesAttend to guest needs and desires promptly.Service and clean assigned rooms to the highest standards within the allocated time.Replenish and control guest supplies.Manage team schedules to optimize the efficiency and productivity of the Housekeeping Department.Monitor attendance, punctuality, sick leave, and holidays.Supervise and train Room and Uniform Attendants, Housepersons, and Public Area Cleaners.Check daily reports and organize tasks for attendants.Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure standards are met.Record room status in the system as clean, vacant, or occupied.Coordinate closely with Reception regarding room changes or special requests.Report health and safety hazards to the relevant officer.Ensure all team members are familiar with hotel policies and the Team Handbook.Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.Manage the Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.Create a positive work environment to boost morale.Maintain a professional appearance through personal grooming.Greet guests politely and courteously, maintaining professionalism.Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions.Follow all operational policies and safety guidelines outlined in the Team Handbook.Assist other departments as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper. #J-18808-Ljbffr
