We have planted over 29,271 trees, saved 7 tons of paper, and aim to be Carbon Neutral by 2030.About the roleWe seek someone excited about the following Mission and Outcomes for the next 6-12 months:Mission:Lead the inbound Sales team in AU to enable high performance, engagement, scalability, and achieve targets.Outcomes:Increase Lead Conversion Rate by +20% and Average Order Value by +30%, reduce performance variance, and ensure all account executives meet minimum thresholds monthly.Responsibilities:Inbound Sales Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, provide feedback, coach pitching skills, and enforce pitch frameworks.Own performance:Monitor team performance regularly, identify gaps early, and drive improvements.Sales Operations:Maintain a clean pipeline in HubSpot, ensure accurate reporting, and leverage AI for automation.Business Reporting & Forecast:Own sales performance reporting, pipeline management, and provide forecast inputs.Sell:Personally handle high-value leads (~20% of time), achieve top CVR & AOV benchmarks.Identify & share opportunities regarding pricing, packaging, and upselling.Provide feedback to Marketing for lead quality improvements.Manage the sales commission process, ensuring fairness and timeliness.The role requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Australia as an individual contributor and at least 3 years managing sales teams. Recent inbound sales experience, especially in B2B or SaaS, is preferred. The candidate should be a native English speaker located within the greater Sydney area, able to attend the office three days a week.Behavioral attributes include ownership, humility, structured thinking, active listening, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to handle tough conversations positively.Interview processThe process includes an introductory call, case study, deep dive and behavioral interview, leadership interview, reference checks, and background screening.
