Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Work Location:Fortescues Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.Roster:Monday to Friday.The Principal Technical Marketing will report to Senior Manager Technical Marketing and will be based in our Perth Office.The technical marketing team supports Fortescues iron ore business, by leveraging a deep understanding of iron ore products, their value in use in iron and steel making processes, contributing to maximising value realisation for Fortescue products.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage closely with operations teams located on site and in Perth on product qualityPromote Fortescues iron ore products and respond to customer queriesDevelop and execute a body of test work and R&D programs on current and future Fortescue productsContribute and support long term product strategy and capital projectsQualifications and Experience8+ years in technical marketing or iron ore operations and supply chainBachelors degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Process Engineering preferred; degrees in Science and other Engineering disciplines will also be consideredStrong understanding of iron makingUnderstanding of Green Iron is a plus!About UsBe part of something big.
